INSPIRED SCRIPTURES
We believe the Holy Bible to be the only
inspired word of God, infallible, and unreproved, setting forth the
one true standard for Christian conduct and way of life
(2 Peter 1:21, 2 Timothy 3:15-17).
ONE GODHEAD
Our God is one, but manifested in three
persons, the Father, The Word and the Holy Ghost (1 John 5:7). We
believe the one true God has revealed himself as being the eternally
self-existent Creator of heaven and earth and the Redeemer of
mankind.
THE LORD JESUS CHRIST
We believe the Lord Jesus Christ is the
eternal Son of God, as revealed in the Scripture, by His virgin
birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His death on the cross, His
bodily resurrection from the dead and His position at the right hand
of God.
CREATION AND FALL OF MAN
Man is a created being, made in the likeness
and image of God (Genesis 1:26-27), but through Adam's transgression
and fall, sin has entered into the world, "For all have sinned, and
come short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23), "As it is written,
There is none righteous, no not one" (Romans 3:10). Jesus Christ,
the Son of God, was manifested to undo the works of the Devil, and
gave His life and shed His blood to redeem and restore man back to
God (1 John 3:8). Salvation is the gift of God to man, separate
from the works and the law, and is made operative by Grace through
Faith in Jesus Christ, producing works acceptable to God (Eph.
2:8). However, man willfully sinned and thereby was subjected not
only to physical death but also to spiritual death, which is
separation from God.
SALVATION
We believe man's only hope of redemption is
through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Salvation
is received through repentance toward God and faith in the Lord
Jesus Christ (1 John 3:8, Eph 2:8).
WATER BAPTISM
Baptism in water by immersion, in the name of
the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, is a direct commandment of our Lord
(Matt. 28:19), and is for believers only (Acts 2:41, Acts 8:37).
Baptism is the answer of a good conscience toward God, the ordinance
is a symbol of the Christian identification with Christ in His
death, burial and resurrection (1 Peter 3:21; Rom. 6:4-5).
LORD'S SUPPER
Commandment of our Savior and is a memorial
of Christ's suffering and death and a prophecy of His second
coming. It is commanded of all believers until he comes." (1 Cor
11:24-30, John 13:1-17).
BAPTISM IN THE HOLY GHOST
We believe all fully cleansed Christians
(Math. 9:17) are entitled to and should receive the free gift of the
Holy Ghost with the physical sign of speaking with other tongues
according to Acts 2:4. This experience gives a Christian power and
strength to be His witnesses.
HOLINESS
We believe holiness is an act of separation
from that which is evil and a progressive work of grace and
dedication unto God (Rom. 6:22, Phil 3:13-15).
CHURCH MISSION
We believe the church is the body of Christ
with a divinely called ministry of reaching out to the unloved,
ungodly, and outcasts of the world and to bring them to God and to
the body of Christ, and encourage them to grow in the likeness of
Christ (Luke 14:16-23, Matt. 22:1-10).
DIVINE HEALING
We believe that the redemptive work of Christ
on the cross provides healing for the whole man (physical,
spiritual, and emotional) through faith and believing in prayer
(Isaiah 53:5, James 5:14-15, Matt. 9:22).
TITHES
“Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me,
but ye say, wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings”
(Malachi 3:8). We believe that all Christians (including ministers)
should pay tithes into the storehouse) Malachi 3:10-11). We also
believe that our Church members should pay all of their tithes into
the church where they are getting their Spiritual food. According
also to 2 Chron. 31:5, 1 Cor. 16:1-2, and 2 Cor. 9:7.
RAPTURE AND RESURRECTION
We believe the blessed hope of the Church is
Christ’s return from heaven to catch up the Christians who have
died, together with those who are alive, to be with Him forever
(John 14:1-3 and 1Thes. 4:16-18).
MILLENNIAL REIGN
We believe in the return of Jesus Christ with
his saints to set up his kingdom for a thousand years (Rev. 20:1-4).
WHITE THRONE JUDGMENT
We believe there will be a final judgment for
those whose names are not written in the Lambs Book of Life (Rev.
20:6-15).
